DBMS DISADVANTAGES: Can it truly be safe?

    DBMS (Database Management System) is a very useful and canonically a major foothold in Information Management, BUT it does have it's disadvantages inputting some ring around the rosy  COMPLEXITY, careful planning to not add a extra work as an EXPENSE, it is sitting there at the center being all VULNERABLE, and  also known to be very large. Not to mention the training required to use it, there is also the possibility of abandonment, therefore the same training becomes abysmal.
